Why Matney likes it when Halle Kate eats

Halle Kate's bottle time is Matney's cue to find trouble. Yesterday that was a bag of cheese puffs. I have NO IDEA how in the world she got them because I know she can't get to that shelf in the pantry...or can she?!?!?
