Disney World Day 3 - Hollywood Studios

We went to Hollywood Studios for our last day in the parks. We knew that Magic Kingdom would be the favorite but we also knew that Halle Kate loves, loves, loves the Pixar guys just as much as Matney loves princesses so we wanted to make sure HK got to meet all her favorites too.
Going to Hollywood Studios really felt like going to any other amusement park. The Magic Kingdom was full of magic from opening to closing, Hollywood Studios was fun but didn't have the same level of excitement as the days before.

We watched an Ariel show and Disney Jr show when we arrived. The girls were hesitant at first but up and dancing before it was over.

Green Army Man from Toy Story. He was funny to watch walk around with those big plastic feet.

Jared was about to be grabbed by "The Claw"!

Buzz and Woody together. We'd met Buzz the day before but HK was determined to see these two together. Even Jared had to get in this picture.

Meeting Sulley from Monsers, Inc....and I just asked Jared how to spell Sulley and he said what I typed was right BUT his full name is James P. Sullivan. Sorry, I stand corrected.

I love these two pictures. His huge swallowed her.

And Monsters, Inc is my favorite so I jumped in this picture too. Disney World isn't just for kids!

They were touching fingertips when she said goodbye.

No visit could be complete without a picture in Lightning's garage. We always wanted to meet TowMater.

Finally time to meet the greatest super heroes ever! This was the longest line we waited in, ride or character, during our time at Disney. At one point a Make A Wish child arrived and was able to jump in line. Those two characters went nuts jumping all around when the little boy walked up...it was the sweetest thing. He was so very excited, you could see that his parents were excited and many of us in line were teary eyed. I will gladly stand in line for a few extra minutes for that. It was so sweet!

Halle Kate was so very proud!

As we left the Incredibles we ran into a Disney worker from Perry, GA (where I am from). Small world! We talked for just a second, she knew my Grandmama, and she saw HK's Jake and the Pirates shirt and gave us the inside scoop on where to find him next. Got to love small town connections!

HK had gotten that shirt from Mickey that morning and was very excited to show it to Jake. She is all about pirates, especially Captain Hook right now.

And we had to go play in the giant playground from Honey, I Shrunk the Kids.
